Avocados are great because the fat in this fruit is actually good for your heart health. I like to eat this sweet-and-spicy dip with low-carb chips or with toasted flatbread. You can also use it as an alternative to sour cream. Blend this dip until it is really smooth, and it can also serve as a salad dressing. The great news is that this sauce is low calorie and low carb. It also contains a good amount of fiber.


1 avocado

¼ cup chopped onions

3 oz. (⅓ cup) finely chopped mini sweet peppers

4.5 grams chopped habanero pepper (about half the pepper)

¼ cup sweet green peppers

½ tsp. sea salt

2 tsp. minced garlic


Peel and mash your avocado. Add onions, sweet mini peppers, green peppers, habanero, salt, and garlic. Mix all ingredients well.
