It will continue to educates you on what to eat, how much to eat, the most detailed exercise plan that you have ever followed, and it will all be done at a pace that feels simple and easy.

📌WHEN IS #thePhat Transformation Challenge?

START: Thursday, August 1, 2019 

END: Saturday, November 23, 2019 

  * DAYS 1 to 3 are built in to give you time to shop, plan, and GET YOUR MIND READY TO DO!

📌 WHY:

I believe weight loss shouldn’t be complicated. The Transformation Challenge is exactly that. Simple and easy to follow.  

AS YOUR TRAINER it is important to me that you are taking ACTION, not just telling me that you want to hit your goal, but then allowing daily life to make you lose your FOCUS!

🗝While having a goal is a fantastic first step, nothing will happen without taking action! This types of challenge is designed to get you invested pretty quickly by offering a prizes at the end.

🗝While the knowledge gained through nutrition and exercise should be enough, a prize will often get people to work a little bit harder :)

📌HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE OBJECT IS TO DROP AT LEAST 1/2 pound per week by doing Morning Cardio, following a meal plan, working out with trainer at least twice a week...

Cardio Upon Awaking: Ensuring you do get your cardio in bright and early will help you burn fat.   #3 DRINK GREEN TEA & TAKE The Right Supplements: Every morning start your day with a powerful dose of  green tea and about 5-10 grams of scientifically formulated BCAA. Doing this prior to your early morning cardio will give you all the energy one needs to power through your early morning grogginess. #4 EXERCISE WITH YOUR TRAINER & FOLLOW HOMEWORK PLAN!
