DAY 2 of THE #WorkoutWithNikquisa 3 + 3 & 33 CHALLENGE


My Day one was intense... I did 60 mins of cardio conditioning... THE WORSE PART WAS THR 3 SETS OF 3 MINUTES JUMP ROPES... SEE MY FACE...

BUT I WOKE UP FEELING GREAT!!!

HERE IS MY LOW CARB MEAL... 4 EGGS, 8oz Turkey Breast, 3oz Asparagus

TOMORROW IS DAY 3....
