Take a moment and remind yourself of that plan!

AS THIS CHALLENGE APPROACHES THE FINAL DATE, DO NOT LET WHAT DID NOT GET ACCOMPLISHED SET YOU BACK!

Sometimes your plan goes smoothly, but sometimes it feels like we are far from the plan.

What do you do when things don't go as PLANNED?

Plan, plan, and keep planning!

Set GOALS and make new resolutions. 

BELIEVE IT OR NOT; if you keep planning or revamping the plan it will help you reach your final destination from weight loss, to career goals and even relationally. Planning is the key!

THE ONLY WAY YOU WON'T REACH THE GOAL IS IF YOU GIVE UP... OR IF YOU BELIEVE THE LIE THAT YOUR PLANS WILL NEVER COME TO FULFILLMENT.

But what if you "FEEL" like you keep failing? 

REALIZE THAT IT IS A

FEELING...A FEELING THAT IS ATTRACTED TO OUR  "Expectations"

OUR EXPECTATIONS can determine our emotions. Expectations can leave you in full celebration or in complete brokenness!

Unmet expectations can leave us with a sense of  hurt, fear, worry, anger, and resentment if we are not careful.

BUT WE ARE LEARNING TO BE MORE CAREFUL! ➡️  THE answer to achieving success starts with self awareness which creates belief....

A SMALL ASSIGNMENT: Part of knowing who you are is about knowing what makes you feel good about yourself! Being able to say, “I like me, I LIKE THIS ABOUT ME” forms quite a large part of our identity, so take some time to figure out what YOU LIKE ABOUT YOU!
