Similar to personal training, I will design an entire series of workouts to help you reach your desired goal. This customized programming helps you set goals, track workouts, nutrition and body stats, and achieve new milestones. Although you are expected to complete your workouts independently, you’ll get unlimited in-app messaging with me, and a weekly video meeting.
