Beginners: Start small go for a 20 min walk,

swim, or jog.

 

Intermediate: Increase, Increase, Increase...

If you normally do 30 mins try 45 mins.

What about Spirints or the Stairmasters?

 

Advanced: If you are not doing Cardio based

Weight Training, this is a perfect time to start!
